We comply with all state bar rules when entering into fee-sharing agreement with attorneys. We enter into fee-sharing agreements with all types of lawyers, regardless of their area of practice. We regularly enter into referral arrangements with lawyers such as:

The amount of the referral fee % depends on the circumstances of the case, and is determined on a case by case basis. We look at factors such as: the type of case, the risk level, the anticipated costs, the level of involvement of the attorney, and the stage of the litigation, when determining the fee sharing arrangement with an attorney.
