Driver injured from automobile making unsafe turn

The Plaintiff was travelling straight on a green light when the Defendant made a left turn in front of Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained low back injuries including but not limited to a moderate disk protrusion. Prior to hiring Farar Law, the insurance company was only offering the Plaintiff $6,000.00.
