Driver injured from automobile running red light

Plaintiff’s vehicle was travelling through an intersection on a green light when the Defendant’s vehicle ran a red light causing a major impact collision. As a result of the impact, the Plaintiff sustained a right femur fracture requiring four surgeries. Prior to retaining Farar Law, the Defendant’s insurance company denied the Plaintiff’s claim stating that she was at fault for causing the collision. Without any independent witnesses, Farar Law was able to prove that the Defendant ran the red light thereby causing Plaintiff’s injuries. Farar Law was able to recover the Defendant’s insurance policy limits in the amount of $100,000.00.
