Driver injured from other automobile

The Plaintiff was rear-ended by the Defendant causing moderate damage to the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries and was recommended a surgery for his neck. The Defense argued that the Plaintiff’s injuries were degenerative and not accident related.
