Driver rear ended in four car collision

The Plaintiff was rear-ended by the Defendant in a 4-car collision causing minor to moderate damage to the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries and underwent physical therapy and a series of cortisone injections.
