Rear ended driver injured from automobile accident

The Plaintiff was rear-ended by the Defendant causing moderate damage to the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries. The Defense argued that the Plaintiff’s injuries were degenerative and not accident related.
