About a year ago I was in an accident on the 405 freeway. It was a four car collision, I was in the middle. During the accident I dislocated 3 lower back disks and a disk in my neck. I first met with Justin and Alicia, they were very pleasant and approachable, and Justin would call me every time I had a doctors appointment.
