The Plaintiff was travelling straight on a green light when the Defendant made a left turn in front of Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained low back injuries including but not limited to a moderate disk protrusion. Prior to hiring Farar Law, the insurance company was only offering the Plaintiff $6,000.00. The Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when the Defendant’s vehicle swerved into Plaintiff’s vehicle causing a major impact head-on collision.
