The Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that entered an intersection when the Defendant’s vehicle ran a stop sign causing the collision. The Defendant fled the scene after the collision. As a result of the impact, the Plaintiff sustained low back injuries. The Plaintiff was recommended surgery by his orthopedic spine surgeon. The Plaintiff chose to hold off on undergoing the surgery. Farar Law was able to obtain a policy limit settlement in the amount of $100,000.00 for the Plaintiff.

Plaintiff’s vehicle was travelling through an intersection on a green light when the Defendant’s vehicle ran a red light causing a major impact collision.
